Further, we hereby inform you that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 “Trading Window” for all the Directors, Designated persons, Insiders and their immediate relatives to deal in securities of the Company has closed from 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2024.
