Sub.: Intimation of 50[th] Annual General Meeting and Book Closure of Register of Member and Share Transfer Books, pursuant to the Regulations of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015

This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (LODR) the 50[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company schedule to be held on Thursday, 26[th ] September 2024 at 11:00 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing /Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/ OAVM) Facility.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 20[th ] September 2024 to 26[th] September 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of final dividend, if approved at the ensuing 50[th] Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company schedule to be held on Thursday, 26[th] September 2024.

Further, pursuant to section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administrative) Rules, 2014, as amended and Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the Company is providing facility to the member to attend meeting through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/ OAVM) Facility and cast their votes by electronic means on all the resolutions set out in the Notice of 50[th] AGM through facility of remote E-voting and voting at Annual General Meeting provided by service provider i.e., M/s. Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd . _ Insta Vote and Insta Meet .

The Cut-off date, for determining the eligibility of members to vote by remote e–voting and voting at 50[th] AGM, is Thursday 19[th] September 2024. The remote e-voting will commence on Monday 23[rd ] September 2024 at 9:00 AM (IST) and will end on Wednesday 25[th ] September 2024 at 5:00 PM (IST).
