Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that, on 1 June 2015 and on 2 June 2015, it acquired 10,000 and 6,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 389.135p and 389.0p per share respectively to hold in Treasury.

The Company now has in issue 11,150,250 Ordinary Shares, of which 23,500 are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 11,126,750, the figure which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company will continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate, and in accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
