Transaction in Own Shares - Correction

On 15 April 2015, the Company announced that it had  it acquired 18,750 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 398p per share to hold in Treasury. In addition, on 13 April 2015, the Company announced that application had been made for the admission to AIM of 1,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, pursuant to the exercise of options.

The shares in issue following each transaction were reported as 11,122,000. To clarify, the Company now has in issue 11,121,000 Ordinary Shares of which 47,250 are held in Treasury.
