Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that it has, today it acquired 18,500 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 370.00p per share to hold in Treasury.

The Company now has in issue 11,120,000 Ordinary Shares of which 28,500 are held in Treasury. The Company will continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate, and in accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
