Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that, on 10 March 2015, it acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 374.895p per share to hold in Treasury.

The Company now has in issue 11,120,000 Ordinary Shares of which 10,000 are held in Treasury. The Company will continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate, and in accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
