Replacement: Exercise of Options

The following announcement replaces announcement 1207U released at 17.31 on 27 November 2013 which showed an incorrect number for the Company's enlarged issued share capital. The correct number for the Company's enlarged issued share capital following Admission should have read 10,782,500 rather than 10,732,500.  All other information was correct.

Jarvis announces that application has been made for the admission to AIM of 1,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of options. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 3 December 2013.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 10,782,500 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds zero shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 10,782,500, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
