Important notice re COVID-19 and the General Meeting convened for 4 May 2021
Further to the Notice of General Meeting sent to the shareholders on 9 April 2021, the Board wishes to inform shareholders that they will not be able to attend the General Meeting, which will remain a closed meeting due to COVID restrictions. Shareholders are advised however that it intends to enable eligible shareholders to observe the General Meeting virtually and will be able to speak, ask questions, should they wish to do so, but not vote.
As set out in the Notice of General Meeting, the Board strongly recommends that shareholders register their votes in advance of the General Meeting by appointing the Chairman of the General Meeting as proxy, with their voting instructions as per the details set out in the Notice of General Meeting. It is also possible for shareholders to give their proxy instructions by electronic means via www.shareregistars.uk.com
Shareholders wishing to receive an invitation to observe the General Meeting on 4 May 2021 electronically, should email [email protected] to register their interest by no later than 9am on 2 May 2021. An invitation to join the General Meeting will be sent to those shareholders who have registered their interest by that time in advance of the General Meeting.
