Board Change

The Company confirms that Kieran Price is to step down as an executive director, and Finance Director, of the Company with effect from 15 January 2026 although he is to remain in a consultancy capacity to provide accounting services for Jarvis on a part time basis.

The Company is in the process of appointing another director to the board and a further announcement will be made when that is finalised.

Kieran Price, Finance Director of Jarvis Securities Plc, has approved this announcement and authorised its release.
