Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that, on 1 April 2019, it acquired 40,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 454 pence per share to hold in Treasury.

The Company now has in issue 11,182,750 Ordinary Shares, of which 281,300 are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 10,901,450, and is the figure which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company will continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate, and in accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
