The Company was informed that, on 23 April 2015, family members of Mr Jolyon Head, a director, bought 1,596 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £4.02 per Share. The shareholders and their subsequent shareholdings following the transaction are detailed below:
