On 10 April 2017, the Company was informed that, on that day, Mr Jolyon Head, a director of the Company, acquired 1,932 Ordinary Shares at a price of 376.5p per share. In addition Annabel Head, a family member of Mr Jolyon Head, bought 68 Ordinary Shares at a price of 376.5p per share.
