On 18 March 2016 the Company was informed that, on that day, Mr Jolyon Head, a director of the Company, acquired 654 Ordinary Shares at a price of 340.8p per share.

The shareholders and their subsequent shareholdings following the transaction are detailed below:

Following the transaction, Mr Head now has an interest in 25,984 shares, representing 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital.

On 18 March 2016 the Company was also informed that, on that day, Mr Nicolas Crabb,  a director of the Company, acquired 500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 340.8p per share.

Following the transaction, Mr Crabb now holds 7,500 shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
