On 15 March 2016 the Company was informed that, on that day, various family members of Mr Jolyon Head, a director of the Company, acquired 1,177 Ordinary Shares at a price of 339.4p per share.

The shareholders and their subsequent shareholdings following the transaction are detailed below:
