On 25 February 2016 the Company was informed that, on that day, Mr Jolyon Head bought 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 335p per share.

Following the transaction, Mr Head's total interest in the Company (comprising the holdings of Mr Head and Mr Head's children*) is 23,271 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the Companies 11,024,250 voting rights.

*As announced on 23 April 2015, and in accordance with the Aim Rules, Mr Head's children are deemed to be family for the purposes of calculating his holding in the Company.
