On 8 May 2015 the Company was informed that, on that day, Sion Securities Limited ("Sion"), a company in which Mr Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, acquired 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 397.5p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Andrew Grant's total interest in the Company (comprising the holdings of Sion, a company in which Mr Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, Mr Andrew Grant's SIPP and Mr Andrew Grant's spouse) is 5,762,150 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 52.0% of the Company's 11,073,750 voting rights.
