In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Jarvis Securities confirms the following:

As at 7 November 2017 the Company's issued share capital consists of 11,182,750 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").  The Company holds 231,300 Ordinary Shares in treasury.  The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 10,951,450 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
