Hamilton James & Bnice Group Linxited (HiB) attaches respective Appendix 3Ys for Messrs. Ieff Cuss, Miles Hedge. Lance Fernandes and Robin 16rome (Appendix 3Ys). The Appendix 3Ys relate to the change of directors interest resulting from Messrs. JeffGoss, Miles Hedge, Lance Fernandes and Robin Ierome participating in the HJB pro-rata non renounceable rights issue announced 10 the market on 27 May 2011.

The Appendix 3Ys have been lodged late due to an administrative error. The directors will ensure that a Director Interest Checklist is created 10 ensure that(a) allinformatioiirequired to be disclosed to the AsX is obtained fronirespective directors and (b) all future Appendix 3Ys are lodged on time, so InB meets its obligations under Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B in the future.
