Monday 29 September 2008 – The Board of Hamilton James & Bruce Group Limited (HJB) has appointed Mohit Prasad as a casual director with immediate effect.

Mohit Prasad will replace Anna Buduls whose resignation is effective today.

Mohit Prasad is the current Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
