Description

The securities of Janison Education Group Limited (‘JAN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of JAN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 27 April 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Janison Education Group Limited (ASX: JAN) – Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Janison Education Group Limited ACN 091 302 975 ( Company ) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to the Company’s securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Company advises that:

• (a) the reason for the request is pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising;

• (b) it anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 27 April 2020 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the capital raising;

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• (d) the capital raising is material to the Company.
