Change of Company Secretary

Janison Education Group Limited ( Company or Janison ) under wishes to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Maggie Niewidok from the Automic Group has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Maggie is an admitted lawyer who works across the Automic Legal and Company Secretarial teams. She works closely with a number of boards of both listed and unlisted public companies in her role at Automic. Maggie holds a double degree, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.

Further to this appointment, Mr Andrew Whitten will step down as Company Secretary of the Company effective immediately. The Board wishes to thank Mr Whitten for his services to the Company.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Niewidok will also be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
