David Caspari appointed Managing Director of Janison

Janison Education Group Limited (ASX:JAN) (“ Janison ” or the “ Company ”), is pleased to announce it has appointed Mr David Caspari, Chief Executive Officer, as an executive director of Janison, effective immediately.

The Chair of Janison, Mr Mike Hill, said: “We are delighted to have Mr. Caspari join our board. We are very pleased with his performance since joining Janison as CEO in April 2020 and look forward to him now being a valuable addition to the board. The business has grown successfully over the past 18 months, generating record results in FY21 under Mr. Caspari’s leadership.”

As Mr. Caspari joins the board, Mr. David Willington will be stepping down from his role as NonExecutive Director, effective immediately. Mr Willington joined the board in 2017 and helped steer the company through listing to today where the business has grown substantially and has benefited from Mr. Willington’s involvement. Mr. Hill said: “Mr. Willington has been instrumental in Janison’s success over the past 4 years and played an incredibly valuable role on the board. On behalf of the board I would like to thank him for his commitment and support during his tenure as a director with Janison.”

AGM

The Company also wishes to advise its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 29 October 2021 commencing 12.00pm AEDT as a virtual meeting.

Further information about the AGM will be set out in the Notice of Meeting which will be published on the Market Announcements Platform and sent to shareholders on or around 28 September 2021.
