Issue of Equity and Warrants and TVR

Jangada Mines plc, a natural resources company, announces, further to its announcement on 27 September 2018, that it has issued 4,798,091 ordinary shares of £0.0004 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Fee Shares") in lieu of professional services provided to the Company by Consulmet Metals (Pty) Limited.

In addition, Consulmet Metals (Pty) Limited will be issued with one warrant for every Fee Share. Each warrant is exercisable at a price of £0.06 each, and until 15 October 2020.

Application will be made for the 4,798,091 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, with admission expected to take place on 18 December 2019.

Following the Admission of the Fee Shares, there will be 242,113,144 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under that Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Guidance.
