This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting no. 04/2024-25 of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 2:30 P.M. through Video or other Audio Visual Mode of Conferencing, to inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2024 and to consider and declare Interim Dividend, if any, for the FY 2024-25, along with other items.
Further, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for insider trading & fair disclosure, the trading window closure period for dealing in securities of the Company by the insiders has commenced from Tuesday October 01, 2024 and the same will open 48 hours after the financial results are made public on November 14, 2024.
