This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting no. 5/2020-21 of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 05, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. through Video/ Audio Conferencing, to inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 and to consider and recommend the interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2020-21 along with other matters.

Further, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for insider trading & fair disclosure, the trading window closure period for dealing in securities of the Company by the insiders has commenced from Friday, January 01, 2021 and the same will open 48 hours after the quarterly financial results are made public on Friday, February 05, 2021.
