PDMR Exercise of Share Options

James Halstead plc (AIM: JHD) announces that on 16 August 2022 the Company issued 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options under the James Halstead Share Option Plan by a Director and PDMR of the Company as detailed below:

On completion of the exercise of the options, Mr Oliver retained ownership of his newly issued Ordinary Shares.
