On October 30, 2025, we issued a press release announcing our thrid quarter results for 2025. Following the issuance of the press release, on October 30, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. ET / 2:00 p.m. PT, we will host a teleconference and webcast for analysts, investors, media and others to discuss the results and other business topics. On October 29, 2025, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share. The dividend will be payable on December 29, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 28, 2025. A copy of such release is annexed hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
