1. Creation of pledge of 10,00,000 Ordinary Equity Shares of Target Company i.e. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd held in the name of Jalgaon Investments Pvt. Ltd. in favour of IFCI Ltd. on 07.06.2019.
2. Creation of pledge of 15,00,000 Ordinary Equity Shares of Target Company i.e. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd held in the name of Jalgaon Investments Pvt. Ltd. in favour of IFCI Ltd. on 10.06.2019.
3. Creation of pledge of 10,00,000 Ordinary Equity Shares of Target Company i.e. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd held in the name of Jalgaon Investments Pvt. Ltd. in favour of IFCI Ltd. on 11.06.2019.
Note: 1) 15,00,000 Ordinary Equity Shares held by Jyoti A. Jain were transferred to Jalgaon Investments Private Limited (both belong to Promoter Group) on 06.06.2019 (10,00,000 Ordinary Equity Shares) and 07.06.2019 (5,00,000 Ordinary Equity Shares), 2) 15,00,000 Ordinary Equity Shares held by Ashok B. Jain were transferred to Jalgaon Investments Private Limited (both belong to Promoter Group) on 10.06.2019 and 3) 15,00,000 Ordinary Equity Shares held by Nisha A. Jain were transferred to Jalgaon Investments Private Limited (both belong to Promoter Group) on 11.06.2019 by way of off market transfer (the transactions are exempt from obligation to make an offer as stated in the Regulation 3 & 4 of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 as amended from time to time)
