Devendra Raj Mehta, Independent Director (DIN:01067895), has completed his 2[nd] five years term as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on March 31, 2024. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company expressed deep appreciation and gratitude to Shri. D R Mehta for his extensive contribution and stewardship during his tenure as an Independent Director.
