The Board has decided to convene the 36[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, 8[th] September, 2023 at 10.00 am, at Registered Office of the Company, physically and/or through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The Notice together with Explanatory Statement u/s 102 of the CA 2013 shall be shared in due course of time before they are sent electronically to convene the said AGM.
Please take notice that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books in respect of the Ordinary Equity Shares and DVR Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 1[st] September, 2023 to Friday, 8th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 36[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which will be held on Friday, 8[th] September, 2023 at 10.00 A.M.
