We would like to inform you that the 76th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Jagatjit Industries Limited will be held on Thursday, 30th September, 2021 at 10.30 A.M. through Video Conference ("VC")/ other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM”), in line with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Circular No. 14/2020 dated 8th April, 2020, Circular No. 17/2020 dated 13th April, 2020, Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020, Circular No. 02/2021 dated 13th January, 2021 (MCA Circulars) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBT) Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/C1R/P/2020/79 dated 12 May, 2020 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD2/CIR/P/2021/11 dated 15 January, 2021 (SEBI Circulars).

We would further like to inform you that Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed From Saturday, 25 September, 2021 to Thursday, 30 September, 2021 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of AGM.

The Notice of 76* Annual General Meeting of the Company is enclosed herewith for your records.

This may be taken as due compliance of Regulation 30 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures) Regulations, 2015.
