SUBJECT: Changes to the 2021 Events Calendar

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 137 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, JADRAN d.d., Crikvenica, Bana Jelačića 16, PIN: 56994999963, announces that the regular Meeting of the Supervisory Board, during which the Company's financial statements shall be discussed and/or decided upon, shall be held on 25 February 2021, instead of the announced date of 26 February 2021.

The updated 2021 Events Calendar

Regular Meetings of the Supervisory Board when the Company's financial statements shall be discussed and/or decided upon, shall be held on:

February 2021 April 2021 July 2021 October 2021

The above regular Meetings of the Supervisory Board shall be preceded or followed by the regular Meetings of the Management Board, to decide on the Company's Financial Statements.

The regular annual General Meeting shall be held on: 2 July 2021.

The share capital amounts to HRK 482,507,730.00 paid in full and divided into 27,971,463 ordinary dematerialised registered shares without a nominal amount, and each conferring the right to a single vote.
