SUBJECT: Notice of Conclusion of a Lease Agreement

Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Act, JADRAN d.d., Crikvenica, Bana Jelačića 16, PIN: 56994999963 ("Issuer"), hereby notifies you that, based on the Lease Agreement concluded with the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets, the Issuer took possession of the Uvala Slana Camp in Selce, along with the Club Vala Apartment Hotel.

The Lease Agreement is signed for the period of 3 years.

By taking possession of the aforementioned property, the Issuer has increased its capacities by 189 accommodation units in the camp and 15 accommodation units in the apartment hotel.
