PIN: 56994999963 (hereinafter: the Company), based on the Capital Market Act and the Stock Exchange Rules, informs that on October 30, 2024, the Supervisory Board held a meeting reviewing unaudited consolidated and nonconsolidated financial reports for the 3Q 2024. At the same meeting the Supervisory Board adopted the Decision on the appointment of the President of the Management Board of the Company.

Mr. Vladimir Bunić, PIN: 06623330044, from Rasinje, Jurja Husa Rasinjanina 44 was chosen for the President of the Management Board of the Company.

Mandate for the appointed President of the Management Board of the Company will begin on November 1, 2024 and will last until April 30, 2025.
