SUBJECT: Notice of Change of a Member of the Supervisory Board

Pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, JADRAN d.d., Crikvenica, Bana Jelačića 16, PIN: 56994999963 ("Issuer"), hereby notifies you of the change of a member of the Supervisory Board.

We inform you that the Works Council of the Issuer has reached a decision to change the Employee Representative in its Supervisory Board, i.e. to remove Mr. Ivan Blažević, who has held the relevant position so far, and appoint Mr. Adrian Čajić as a new member and Employee Representative in the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.

Considering the aforesaid, the Issuer has initiated the procedure for entering this change in the Court Register.
