As previously announced, Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (the “Company") will host a conference call at 4:45 p.m. ET on May 6, 2020, during which management will discuss the Company's financial results for the quarter ended March 27, 2020 and related matters. A draft of the prepared remarks for the conference call is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
