Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On October 7, 2015, Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (the “Company”) announced the departure of Santo Rizzuto, Executive Vice President, Operations. Mr. Rizzuto will leave the Company by the end of the 2015 calendar year after transitioning his responsibilities to the Company’s Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Rizzuto’s departure was prompted by the Company’s planned move to a new global leadership structure organized around four global business lines.
