In pursuance to the Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company is in receipt of Letter of Acceptance dated 12[th] February, 2026, from M/s. NBCC (India) Limited, for the project: Redevelopment of GPRA Colony at Netaji Nagar, New Delhi – SH: Construction of Type- V quarters (540 Nos), Community Hall, Miscellaneous Buildings (Main Gate, Swatch Bharat Toilets, ESS) including allied works on Design, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis including Operation & Maintenance for five years (PKG - IV) , for the total contract cost amounting to Rs. 615, 53, 25, 203/- Crores (Rupees Six Hundred Fifteen Crores Fifty-Three Lakh Twenty - Five Thousand Two Hundred Three Only) which is inclusive of all taxes, duties, cess, statutory levies.

The details of aforesaid project as required under Regulation 30 of the said Regulations, read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/P/0155 dated 11[th] November 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A. This intimation is also being made available on the Company’s website at www.jkumar.com
