Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), read with Regulation 10(c) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, ("SEBI SBEBSE Regulations"), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Izmo Limited (“Company”) on Thursday, May 30, 2024 issued and allotted 34,400 (Thirty Four Thousand and Four Hundred) Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested Employee Stock Options under Company’s Employee Stock Option Plan 2013 (ESOP 2013 Scheme).

The equity shares allotted under ESOP 2013, shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 14,11,36,430/- to Rs. 14,14,80,430/-.
