Subject: Intimation of Meeting of the Board of Directors of IZMO Limited (the “Company”) under Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In Compliance with Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of IZMO Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 inter alia, to consider and evaluate proposals for raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares or any other eligible convertible securities, through permissible modes, subject to all such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of shareholders of the Company.

In terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its designated persons and Directors of the Company regarding the closure of trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company from close of market hours of March 24, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of such Undisclosed Price Sensitive Information becomes generally available information.
