Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that Ms. Sonal Jaju, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has tendered her resignation to pursue other opportunities outside the Organization and will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 07[th] October, 2024.
