Additional Explanations

By the decision numbered 02 and dated 08.01.2026 of our company's Board of Directors;

-Our company, operating within the registered capital system, will maintain its current registered capital ceiling of 5.000.000.000 TL. In accordance with the Capital Market Board's Communiqué No. II-18.1 on the Registered Capital System, the validity period of our company's current registered capital ceiling will be extended for a five-year period covering the years 2026-2030, and Article 6 of the Articles of Association, titled "Company Capital," will be amended for this purpose.

- Following the receipt of the necessary permits and approvals, it has been decided that the amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted for approval by our shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held, and an application regarding the amendment of Article 6 of the Company's Articles of Association, titled "Company Capital," was sent to the Capital Markets Board on January 8, 2026 (today).

The draft amendment to the Articles of Association is attached.
