Şirketimizin %99,81 oranla bağlı ortaklığı konumunda olan İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. şirket paylarının halka arzı amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na, Kayıtlı Sermaye Sistemine Geçiş ve Esas Sözleşmenin Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı'na ve ilgili mevzuat hükümlerine uyumunun sağlanması kapsamında 24.04.2025 tarihinde yapılan başvurunun 25.09.2025 tarihli ve 52/1761 karar sayılı Kurul Kararı ile onaylandığı tarafımıza bildirilmiştir.
İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş.'nin halka arzına yönelik gelişmeler kamuoyu ile ayrıca paylaşılacaktır.

We have been informed that the application made to the Capital Markets Board on 24.04.2025 for the public offering of the shares of İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., which is a 99.81% subsidiary of our company, within the scope of Transition to the Registered Capital System and ensuring the compliance of the Articles of Association with the Capital Markets Legislation and relevant legislative provisions, was approved by the Board Decision dated 25.09.2025 and numbered 52/1761.
Developments regarding the public offering of İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. will also be shared with the public.
