Şirketimiz çelikhane yatırım sürecine ilişkin, gelinen aşamada sıcak testler tamamlanmış olup performans testleri devam edecek şekilde yatırım devreye alınmış ve yeni çelikhanede üretime başlanmıştır.

Yeni yapılan çelikhane ile birlikte yıllık  1.500.000 ton olan Çelikhane üretim kapasitesi yıllık yaklaşık 3.100.000 ton'a çıkmıştır. Bu tesis, modern teknolojilerle donatılmış olup, üretim süreçlerimizi optimize ederek daha kaliteli, daha yüksek verimlilik ve enerji tasarrufu sağlayarak daha düşük maliyetle çelik üretimi yapmamızı sağlayacaktır. Ayrıca, yeni çelikhane ile birlikte kütük üretiminin artış göstererek yarı mamül ithalatına ihtiyacımızın tamamen sonlandırılması, kütük satışımızın bu çerçevede artırılması ve taleplere daha hızlı ve etkin bir şekilde yanıt verilmesi ve tüm bunların yanında çevre dostu ve enerji verimliliği yüksek üretim yöntemleriyle, karbon ayak izimizi düşürürerek sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerimize de katkıda bulunulması amaçlanmaktadır.

Söz konusu kapasite artışı neticesinde, üretim maliyetlerindeki düşüş ve artan yarı mamül satış hacminin yıllık hasılatı artırmasının yanısıra  finansal performansımızı güçlendirip pazardaki rekabet gücümüzü artırması beklenmektedir.

Regarding our company's steel mill investment process, hot tests have been completed at this stage, the investment has been commissioned so that performance tests will continue and production has started in the new steel mill.

With the newly built steel mill, the annual production capacity of the steel mill increased from 1,500,000 tons to approximately 3,100,000 tons annually. This facility is equipped with modern technologies and will enable us to produce steel at lower costs by optimizing our production processes, providing better quality, higher efficiency and energy savings. In addition, with the new steel mill, billet production will increase, completely eliminating our need for semi-finished product imports, increasing our billet sales within this framework and responding to demands more quickly and effectively, as well as achieving sustainability by reducing our carbon footprint with environmentally friendly and energy efficient production methods. It is aimed to contribute to our goals.

As a result of this capacity increase, the decrease in production costs and increased semi-finished product sales volume are expected to increase annual revenue, as well as strengthen our financial performance and increase our competitiveness in the market.
