Şirketimizin 05.03.2025 tarihinde yapmış olduğu Haber ve Söylentilere İlişkin Açıklamada İzmir İli Aliağa İlçesinde yer alan Elektrik Üretim Santralimiz ile ilgili İzmir Büyük Şehir Belediyesi tarafından İş yeri Açma ve Çalışma ruhsat başvurularında yer alan birtakım belge eksikliklerin tamamlanmasına kadar kapatma uygulamak üzere tarafımıza tebligat yapıldığı, konuyla ilgili yetkili birimlerle temas halinde gerekli işlemlerin ivedilikle yürütüldüğü ve bu süreçte üretim faaliyetlerinin aksamasının beklenmediği ifade edilmişti.

Söz konusu süreç devam ederken Şirketimiz tarafından kapatma uygulamasına temel teşkil eden encümen kararının yürütmesinin durdurulması ve iptali istemiyle dava açılmış olup 14/03/2025 tarihinde(Bugün) İzmir Bölge İdare Mahkemesi tarafından encümen kararının yürütmesinin durdurulmasına karar verilmiştir.

In the statement regarding the News and Rumors made by our Company on 05.03.2025, it was stated that the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality had notified us to implement a closure until the completion of certain document deficiencies in the Business Opening and Operation License applications regarding our Electricity Production Plant located in the Aliağa District of Izmir Province, that the necessary procedures were carried out urgently in contact with the relevant authorized units and that no disruption of production activities was expected during this process.

While the process in question was ongoing, a lawsuit was filed by our Company for the stay of execution and cancellation of the executive board decision that constituted the basis for the closure application, and on 14/03/2025 (Today), the Izmir Regional Administrative Court ruled to stay the execution of the executive board decision.

Developments will also be shared with the public.
