IXICO plc (AIM: IXI), the digital technologies company serving neuroscience, announces that it received notification on 29 May 2018 that on the same day Giulio Cerroni, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 31,550 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 31.5 pence each.

Giulio Cerroni is interested in 31,550 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company following the placing.
