IXICO plc (AIM: IXI), the digital technologies company serving neuroscience, announces that it has received notification that on 23 May 2018 Charles Spicer, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 60,606 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares").

Charles Spicer is now interested in 122,684 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.45 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company
