i(x) Net Zero investment Enphys Acquisition Corp. Completes Second Extension for Initial Business Combination

i(x) Net Zero PLC (AIM: IX.), the investing company which focuses on the Energy Transition, announces that, further to the announcement on 2 January 2024 in respect of the extension to the time by which Enphys Acquisition Corp. ("Enphys") has to consummate an initial business combination from 8 February 2024 to 8 June 2024, Enphys held an Extraordinary General Meeting on 2 February 2024, at which shareholders agreed to the extension.
