Director/PDMR Shareholding - CORRECTION

The following amendment has been made to RNS Number 2285H: shares purchased at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share

i(x) Net Zero PLC (AIM: IX.), the investing company which focuses on Energy Transition and Sustainability in the Built Environment, was notified on 4 April 2022, that on the same day, Steve Oyer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 885 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Steve Oyer is interested in 1,777,177 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
