ISSUE AND ALLOTMENT OF SHARES PURSUANT TO EXERCISE OF WARRANTS
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of iX Biopharma Ltd. (the "Company"), and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that on 15 May 2026, the Company has allotted and issued 250,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants at the exercise price of S$0.06 per warrant share, following which the number of issued shares of the Company has increased from 1,056,657,215 shares to 1,056,907,215 shares.
The new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on or around 19 May 2026. Pursuant to the aforesaid exercise of warrants, a cumulative total of 20,730,151 warrants, representing 36.05% of all warrants previously issued, have now been exercised and there are 36,779,328 outstanding warrants with an exercise price of S$0.06 for each warrant share expiring on 18 July 2026.
